Overview
The Ringlock Scaffolding Lattice Girder — often called a lattice beam — is a horizontal long-span member built from two parallel Ø48.3 chords linked by a diagonal triangular web. Where a standard ledger or even a truss ledger would deflect, the lattice girder carries heavy loads across wide gaps, so it is the beam of choice for bridging walkways, roads and ditches, supporting bridge decks and soffits, and carrying long-span working platforms in ringlock scaffolding.

A lattice girder is the heavy-duty spanning element of a ringlock system. Its triangular web pattern distributes load efficiently to the two support points, letting it clear openings that no flat ledger could. Each end is bolted directly to the ringlock ledger (or to a transom) with the supplied wedge clamps, so the girder seats firmly on the bay. Options include spigoted ends that join two girders end-to-end for even longer spans, or the no-spigot version for standard connections. Like the rest of the system, the ringlock lattice girder is hot-dip galvanized Q345/S355 steel, built to EN 12810 / EN 12811, ANSI, AS/NZS 1576 and OSHA, with ISO 9001 quality and FOB Shanghai delivery from ACE SCAFFOLD.
