What scaffolding systems does ACE SCAFFOLD offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of scaffolding systems including Frame scaffolding, Ringlock scaffolding, Cuplock scaffolding, QES (Quick Erect Scaffold), Prop , Aluminum scaffold, ICF Bracing, and various Accessories. What are the standard lead times for orders?
Our normal delivery time is 30 days. It is production time exclude time on sea.
Do you offer custom OEM manufacturing?
Yes, we provide OEM and custom manufacturing services. We can produce scaffolding components according to your drawings or specifications, with custom dimensions, surface treatments (hot-dip galvanized, painted, etc.), and packaging. Minimum order quantities may apply for custom products. Send your requirements to info@acescaffold.com for a quotation.
What surface treatment options are available?
We offer multiple surface treatment options to suit different environments: Hot-Dip Galvanized (best corrosion resistance, ideal for long-term outdoor use), Electro-Galvanized (suitable for indoor use), Painted (cost-effective, color-customizable), and Self-Color (natural steel finish). Hot-dip galvanized is our most popular choice for export markets.
What are your shipping terms and delivery methods?
We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and rail freight. Common shipping terms include FOB Shanghai, CIF, CFR, and DDP for certain destinations. We work with reliable freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery. Container loading is supervised to maximize space utilization.
What quality standards do your products comply with?
All our products comply with international quality standards. Our Ringlock scaffolding meets EN 12810-1/2 and AS/NZS 1576 standards. Cuplock scaffolding complies with BS 1139 and EN 12812. We have ISO 9001:2015 certification for our quality management system. Third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TUV) are available upon request.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. For hot-dip galvanized products, we offer an extended warranty on corrosion resistance under normal usage conditions. The warranty covers replacement or repair of defective items. Damage due to improper use, modification, or normal wear is excluded.
