An aluminum stair is a prefabricated staircase unit made from aluminium alloy, used to create safe inclined access between scaffold platforms, formwork levels or temporary work decks. The ACE SCAFFOLD aluminum stair features welded aluminium stringers, slip-resistant treads and reinforced side rails, giving crews a stable climbing surface that reduces fatigue and fall risk compared with vertical ladders. It hooks or bolts onto standard scaffold systems and is light enough to be repositioned by hand.

Lightweight Aluminium Construction

The stair is fabricated from high-grade aluminium alloy, so it is strong enough for site traffic yet light enough for two workers to carry and install without lifting equipment. Aluminium also resists corrosion, making the stair suitable for outdoor and humid environments.

Slip-Resistant Treads

Each tread is formed or fitted with a ridged, anti-slip surface that gives boots secure grip even when the stair is wet, dusty or coated with site debris. The tread depth and rise are designed for comfortable, natural stepping.

Rigid Side Rails

Welded side rails keep the stair frame square and stable under load. The rails also serve as hand supports during ascent and descent, improving worker confidence and safety.

The table lists the two most requested vertical-rise sizes: 1.5M (1.8 x 1.5 M footprint, 25 kgs) and 2.0M (1.8 x 2.0 M footprint, 29 kgs). Other rises and widths are available on request.
