Cuplock Scaffolding Ladder
Engineered to international standards for safety, speed and durability on every job site.
Overview
The Cuplock Scaffolding Ladder — also called a cuplock access ladder, cuplock steel ladder or boiler ladder — is the fixed vertical access of a cuplock scaffold tower where space is too tight for a standard 17" wide ladder. It is built as two parallel steel side rails joined by anti-slip rungs at 12" (304.8 mm) spacing across a 13.75" (349.25 mm) wide climbing face, and it is fixed to the cuplock tower with a clamp-on scaffold ladder bracket so crews step up a purpose-built ladder instead of climbing the frame. It is available in three lengths — 10' (3.05 m, CSLW10, 21.00 kgs), 5' (1.52 m, CSLW5, 11.00 kgs) and 3' (0.91 m, CSLW3, 7.60 kgs) — and is fully hot-dip galvanized after welding for long service life on site. The ladder is built to OSHA access requirements and EN 12811 / EN 12810, with ISO 9001 quality and FOB Shanghai delivery from ACE SCAFFOLD.

Key Features
- 13.75" (349.25 mm) narrow climbing face — fits where 17" standard ladders will not
- Anti-slip rungs at 12" (304.8 mm) spacing for stable footing
- Three sections: 10' (CSLW10, 21.00 kgs), 5' (CSLW5, 11.00 kgs) and 3' (CSLW3, 7.60 kgs)
- Fixed to the cuplock tower by clamp-on scaffold ladder bracket (sold separately)
- Fully hot-dip galvanized after welding — long life on site, coastal and offshore
- Built to OSHA access rules and EN 12810 / EN 12811, ISO 9001, FOB Shanghai
On a cuplock scaffold, the cuplock scaffolding ladder turns a narrow access bay into a safe, climbable route where a standard 17" ladder will not fit. The ladder body is two parallel steel side rails carrying anti-slip rungs at 12" (304.8 mm) spacing on a 13.75" (349.25 mm) wide face — narrow enough to clear tight boiler rooms, plant rooms and ceiling voids that a standard scaffold ladder cannot enter. The ladder is fixed to the cuplock tower with a clamp-on scaffold ladder bracket: the bracket grips the cuplock standard (Ø48.3 mm tube) and the ladder side rails seat into the bracket and are pinned, so the ladder cannot twist away from the frame or kick out at the base. Sections are combined to climb any tower height, and the climbing route can be set on the inside or outside of the scaffold and moved up level by level as the tower rises. The 3' / 5' / 10' range (CSLW3 / CSLW5 / CSLW10) covers the working heights most cuplock towers need, and longer or custom lengths can be produced for your scaffold design. Like the rest of the cuplock system, the cuplock scaffolding ladder is fully hot-dip galvanized Q235/Q345 carbon steel, built to OSHA access rules and EN 12810 / EN 12811, with ISO 9001 quality and FOB Shanghai delivery from ACE SCAFFOLD.
13.75" (349.25 mm) Narrow Climbing Face
A standard scaffold ladder is 17" wide; the cuplock scaffolding ladder is 13.75" (349.25 mm) wide so it fits in tighter areas — boiler rooms, plant rooms, ceiling voids and other confined spaces where a wider ladder simply will not enter.
12" Rung Spacing for Stable Footing
Rungs sit at 12" (304.8 mm) spacing across the 13.75" (349.25 mm) climbing face. The anti-slip rung surface keeps footing secure in wet, dusty or greasy conditions on site.
Three Sections for Working Height
The cuplock ladder comes in three stock sections — 10' (3.05 m, CSLW10, 21.00 kgs), 5' (1.52 m, CSLW5, 11.00 kgs) and 3' (0.91 m, CSLW3, 7.60 kgs) — so a 3' + 5' + 10' stack climbs 18' to reach the working platform, and longer or custom lengths can be produced for your scaffold design.
Fixed by Clamp-On Scaffold Ladder Bracket
The ladder is not hung from a hook — it is fixed to the cuplock standard with a clamp-on scaffold ladder bracket. The bracket grips the Ø48.3 mm cuplock standard and the ladder side rails seat into the bracket, so one bracket low and one high hold the ladder at two heights and it cannot twist away from the frame or kick out at the base. The climbing route can be set on the inside or outside of the tower.
