Infill Plank
Engineered to international standards for safety, speed and durability on every job site.
Overview
The Infill Plank — also called a steel infill deck or scaffold infill board — is a narrow steel walking surface used to fill the gaps left between standard scaffold planks or decks. At widths from 75 mm up to about 305 mm and lengths from 0.73 m to 3.07 m, it closes off spaces that would otherwise let tools, mortar or boots fall through, making platforms safer and more complete on frame, cuplock and ringlock systems.

Key Features
- Narrow steel plank for filling gaps between standard scaffold boards
- Pressed Q235 steel with ribs for stiffness and load capacity
- Hot-dip galvanized finish for outdoor and coastal use
- Hook ends seat on transoms without extra fixings
- Fifteen lengths from 0.73 m to 3.07 m
- Compliant with EN 12810 / EN 12811, ANSI, AS/NZS 1576 and OSHA
- ISO 9001 quality with FOB Shanghai delivery
An infill plank is a narrow steel board made to bridge the spaces between wider scaffold planks or aluminum decks. Its small width lets it fit into gaps where a full-width board would be too wide, while the steel construction gives it the strength to carry foot traffic, tools and light materials. The plank is pressed from Q235 steel with a series of ribs and hook ends, then hot-dip galvanized for outdoor durability. Standard models run from 0.73 m up to 3.07 m in length, so crews can match the gap exactly without cutting. ACE SCAFFOLD manufactures infill planks under ISO 9001 quality, compliant with EN 12810 / EN 12811, ANSI, AS/NZS 1576 and OSHA, with FOB Shanghai delivery and OEM/ODM support.
An infill plank is the narrow steel board that closes the gaps between standard scaffold planks. Where a full-width board would overhang or not fit, the infill plank drops in to create a continuous walking surface and stop debris from falling through.
Fills Gaps Between Standard Planks
Standard planks and decks come in fixed widths. When bay widths do not divide evenly, a gap remains at the edge. The infill plank fits that gap to complete the platform and remove trip points.
Q235 Steel with Hot-dip Galvanizing
The plank is pressed from Q235 steel and finished with a hot-dip galvanized coating. The ribs add stiffness underfoot, and the zinc layer protects the steel from site moisture and corrosion.
Hook Ends for Quick Seating
Most models have hook ends that seat over the scaffold transom or frame ledger. They lock in place without extra clamps and can be lifted out for reconfiguration.
Lengths from 0.73 m to 3.07 m
With fifteen standard lengths, the IP73 through IP307 range covers small infill pieces up to full-bay fillers, letting crews choose the right board without site cutting.
