Overview
ACE SCAFFOLD manufactures ringlock scaffolding — also called ringlock system or ringlock — a modular, multi-directional access and support system for building, construction, shipbuilding, offshore and industrial maintenance. Its 8-way rosette node accepts ledgers and braces at any angle and locks them with a hammer-driven wedge that stays tight under load, carrying 11.12 kN (2500 lbs) per connection. Built from hot-dip galvanized high-strength steel with machine-welded (AWS D1.1) seamless joints, our ringlock scaffold cuts labor cost and needs little maintenance. Ringlock scaffolding is a modular, multi-purpose system for access and support structures. It serves building, construction, shipbuilding, offshore and industrial maintenance. It cuts labor costs and is easy to handle. It needs little maintenance. Components use galvanized high-strength steel with integral wedge connectors. A full accessory range is available: steel planks, side brackets, toe boards, stairs, ladders and reinforced ledgers.
The wedge connection stays tight under load. Ledgers and braces will not loosen. All connections fit rigidly and share load through one center. This keeps the structure safe even at great heights. The Ringlock node accepts up to eight ledger and brace connections. Each connection carries 11.12 kN (2500 lbs) safely. Total ledger load must stay within the leg-load limit for the bracing used.
Vertical and horizontal tubes use 48.3 x 3.25 mm high-strength steel. Ring plates are 10 mm thick. Brace tubes use 48.3 x 2.3 mm high-strength steel with high-strength bolts. Every item is hot-dip galvanized for long service life. Standards and ledgers are machine-welded for clean, flat, seamless joints. Our welders follow AWS D1.1 for butt and fillet welding.
