ACE SCAFFOLD manufactures the QES Scaffold Post — the hot-dip galvanized steel vertical member of the Quick Erect Scaffold (QES) system. Forged rings welded at 19½" intervals accept horizontals at varying angles, while captive wedges lock the connection without loose parts. Offered in 3' 3" (QP3), 6' 6" (QP6) and 9' 9" (QP9) lengths, the QES post is the core vertical of fast-erecting QES assemblies on irregular sites and restricted access. The QES Scaffold Post is the vertical member of the Quick Erect Scaffold system — a hot-dip galvanized steel post fitted with forged rings that accept horizontals at varying angles for fast, stable assembly.

The QES Scaffold Post is the vertical member of the Quick Erect Scaffold (QES) system. It is a hot-dip galvanized steel post fitted with forged rings welded at regular 19½" intervals; the rings have eight openings so horizontals can be attached at varying angles to meet field conditions.

Captive wedges — integral to the ends of each horizontal — complete the connection to the ring without loose parts. With posts and horizontals as the two principal components, QES erects quickly for fit-out, maintenance and confined-entry work.

Three standard post lengths cover most working heights: 3' 3" (QP3), 6' 6" (QP6) and 9' 9" (QP9). All are hot-dip galvanized for durability and long service life on site.
