The Right Angle Adaptor Clamp is the link between a ringlock rosette and a perpendicular scaffold tube. The clamp carries a set of wedges or a bolt that engage the rosette and a tube grip that closes on a 48.3 mm outside-diameter tube, holding the two at a true 90 degrees. It lets a handrail, brace or connecting tube run square out of the scaffold face without disturbing the ringlock nodes, and the forged body keeps the joint rigid under load. The clamp is hot dip galvanized for corrosion resistance and is made to EN74, BS1139, EN12810 and ASTM standards, suitable for ringlock and compatible rosette scaffolding.

What a Right Angle Adaptor Clamp Does

The Right Angle Adaptor Clamp fixes a scaffold tube to a ringlock rosette at exactly 90 degrees. Where a tube must leave the scaffold bay square to the standards — for a handrail return, a façade brace or a connecting span — this clamp makes the joint without cutting into the ringlock node.

How It Connects to the Rosette

The clamp presents a rosette interface on one face and a tube grip on the other. The rosette end drops onto the ringlock rosette and is locked with its wedge or bolt, while the tube end closes around a 48.3 mm OD tube. The two axes are held at a right angle by the forged body.
