Rosette Clamp

Engineered to international standards for safety, speed and durability on every job site.

Overview

The Rosette Clamp - also called a ringlock rosette clamp or scaffold tube clamp - is a forged steel fitting that grips a 48.3 mm scaffold tube and bolts directly onto the rosette of a ringlock standard. It turns any rosette node into an extra connection point for ledgers, guardrails, outriggers or temporary bracing without changing the standard ringlock geometry.

Rosette Clamp - Ringlock Scaffold Tube Clamp

Key Features

  • Forged Q235 steel rosette clamp
  • Connects 48.3 mm scaffold tube to ringlock rosette
  • Single-bolt mounting through rosette hole
  • Adds extra connection points to ringlock standards
  • Hot-dip galvanized for outdoor durability
  • Standard model RSRCLB, 1.1 kgs unit weight
  • Compliant with EN 12810 / EN 12811, ANSI, AS/NZS 1576 and OSHA
  • ISO 9001 quality with FOB Shanghai delivery

A rosette clamp is a compact forged clamp used to attach scaffold tubes to the cast rosettes of ringlock standards. The body wraps around the tube while a threaded bolt or wedge passes through the rosette hole, locking the clamp firmly to the node. This lets a single ringlock standard accept additional ledgers, transoms, guardrails or bracing tubes beyond the normal rosette positions, making it useful for irregular layouts, edge protection, outriggers and temporary supports. The RSRCLB model weighs 1.1 kgs and is hot-dip galvanized for outdoor durability. ACE SCAFFOLD manufactures rosette clamps under ISO 9001 quality with FOB Shanghai delivery.

A rosette clamp is the small forged fitting that adds a tube connection to any ringlock rosette. By bolting through the rosette hole and gripping the tube, it extends the ringlock node so that ledgers, guardrails or bracing can be added exactly where they are needed.

Extra Connection at the Rosette

Standard ringlock rosettes have a fixed number of connection positions. A rosette clamp creates an additional tube connection on the same rosette, giving crews more flexibility when tying in guardrails, edge protection, outriggers or supports without swapping standards.

Forged Steel Construction

The clamp body is drop-forged from Q235 steel for strength, then hot-dip galvanized to resist rust on outdoor sites. The single-bolt design keeps the part light while providing enough clamping force for typical scaffold loads.

One Standard Model RSRCLB

RSRCLB is the standard rosette clamp, weighing 1.1 kgs. It accepts the common 48.3 mm scaffold tube and fits the standard ringlock rosette pattern used by most modular systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q
What is a rosette clamp?
A rosette clamp is a forged steel fitting that grips a scaffold tube and bolts onto the rosette of a ringlock standard. It adds an extra tube connection point at the ringlock node.
Q
What is the RSRCLB model?
RSRCLB is the standard rosette clamp. It has a unit weight of 1.1 kgs and is designed to connect a 48.3 mm scaffold tube to a standard ringlock rosette.
Q
How does a rosette clamp attach to the rosette?
The clamp body wraps around the scaffold tube. A bolt passes through the rosette hole and tightens the clamp against the rosette face, locking the tube firmly in place.
Q
What tube size does the rosette clamp fit?
Rosette clamps are made for the standard 48.3 mm scaffold tube used in ringlock, cuplock and frame systems.
Q
Why use a rosette clamp instead of a standard ringlock component?
A rosette clamp adds an extra connection where no standard rosette position exists or where the existing positions are already used. It is ideal for guardrails, edge protection, outriggers and temporary bracing.
Q
What material is the rosette clamp made from?
ACE SCAFFOLD rosette clamps are drop-forged from Q235 steel and finished with a hot-dip galvanized coating for strength and corrosion resistance.
Q
How much does a rosette clamp weigh?
The RSRCLB rosette clamp weighs 1.1 kgs per piece.
Q
Can rosette clamps be used on all ringlock systems?
They fit standard ringlock rosette patterns with the common 48.3 mm tube diameter. If your system uses a different rosette spacing or hole size, contact us for compatibility.
Q
Are rosette clamps reusable?
Yes. The forged steel and galvanized finish give them a long service life, and they can be installed, removed and reused across multiple projects.
Q
Do rosette clamps meet scaffold standards?
ACE SCAFFOLD rosette clamps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management and are suitable for use in systems compliant with EN 12810 / EN 12811, ANSI, AS/NZS 1576 and OSHA.
Q
Can I order rosette clamps with custom finishes?
Yes. ACE SCAFFOLD offers OEM/ODM services including custom surface treatments, packaging and labeling. Contact us with your project requirements and quantity.
Q
What is the difference between a rosette clamp and a normal tube clamp?
A rosette clamp is specifically designed to bolt onto the cast rosette of a ringlock standard, using the rosette hole as its anchor point. A normal tube clamp usually connects two tubes together without involving a rosette.
