Steel Plank 320mm Width
Engineered to international standards for safety, speed and durability on every job site.
Overview
The Steel Plank 320mm Width — also called a 320 mm (12.6") wide steel scaffold plank — is a broad, heavy-duty pressed-steel walking surface for scaffold platforms, access walkways and working decks. At 320 mm across it is noticeably wider than the standard 228 mm / 240 mm planks, giving crews a roomier platform for material handling, staging and wide-bay frame systems where extra foot room improves safety and comfort.

Key Features
- 320 mm (12.6") wide walking surface — roomier than 9" / 9.5" planks
- Pressed-steel deck with profiled anti-slip top
- Q235 steel with hot-dip galvanized corrosion protection
- Hooked or plain ends for transom and frame support
- Lengths from 0.73 m to 3.07 m (LSP25–LSP11)
- Compliant with EN 12810 / EN 12811, ANSI, AS/NZS 1576 and OSHA
A 320 mm steel plank is built as a pressed-steel deck with a profiled anti-slip top surface and hooked or plain ends that seat on the scaffold transoms. The wide 320 mm surface spreads the load over a broader contact patch and gives workers more room to place tools, components and foot traffic on the same bay. Each plank is cut, punched and formed from Q235 steel and finished with a hot-dip galvanized coating that protects against corrosion on site, in storage and during repeated handling. The LSP25 through LSP11 range covers short 0.73 m boards up to 3.07 m long walkways, matched to common 2 ft 5 in to 10 ft 1 in bay sizes. ACE SCAFFOLD supplies these planks under ISO 9001 quality, compliant with EN 12810 / EN 12811, ANSI, AS/NZS 1576 and OSHA, with FOB Shanghai delivery.
A 320 mm steel plank is the widest standard board in the steel-plank family. Its 12.6" surface gives workers a roomier platform than 9" / 9.5" boards, while hot-dip galvanizing keeps it corrosion-resistant through years of site use.
320mm (12.6") Wide Deck
The plank is pressed from Q235 steel with a profiled anti-slip top, providing a broad, stable walking surface for wide-bay frames and heavy material-handling decks.
Hot-Dip Galvanized Finish
A full hot-dip galvanized coating is applied after forming, sealing welds and edges against rust for long service life in outdoor and marine environments.
Lengths for Common Bays
The LSP family runs from the 0.73 m LSP25 board through the 3.07 m LSP11 plank, matching 2 ft 5 in to 10 ft 1 in bay lengths used on frame and modular systems.
