What widths and configurations does the aluminum scaffold come in?

It comes in single width (W6, W12, W18, W24) and double width (WD6, WD12, WD18, WD24). Single width is 0.73 m wide for tight aisles and stairwells; double width is 1.35 m wide for wider working decks and heavier setups. Both share the same 50 mm frame and lockable caster base, so you can mix parts across a job.

What is the safe working load?

Single width towers carry 200 kg on the platform and 800 kg as a full scaffold; double width carries 250 kg per platform and 1000 kg as a full scaffold. Loads are certified to mobile tower safety standards - keep the load centred on the trapdoor platform and never exceed the rated capacity.

How tall is it and how much does it weigh?

Single width heights run 1.68 m to 6.72 m on a 1.65 m x 0.73 m footprint, weighing 40-155 kg by model. Double width runs 2 m to 8 m on a 2.0 m x 1.35 m footprint, weighing 76-245 kg. The 1.7 m frames and 1.5/2.0 m trapdoor platforms stack to the height you need.

What is it made from, and will it damage floors?

Frames, platforms and guardrails are 6061-T6 aluminum with an anodized or powder-coated finish, so they resist corrosion indoors and out. Aluminum is light enough to move by hand and the rubber casters protect finished floors - no rust stains, no scuffing like steel.

Is it easy to assemble and move?

Yes. The tower goes up by hand with no tools - frames, trapdoor platform, guardrails and lockable 125 mm casters slot together, and full-height guardrails meet mobile tower safety standards. Lock the casters to work, unlock to roll the whole structure to the next bay without dismantling.
