The Ringlock Scaffolding Crazy Leg — also called a guardrail post crazy leg or guard rail crazy leg — is a bent guardrail standard used to create a guarded opening in the side protection of a ringlock scaffold. It drops into the rosette like any guardrail post, but its offset "crazy" leg carries the top rail across a swing-gate or ladder-access opening so the handrail stays continuous and crews can pass through safely.
