Sand Blasting Plank also called wire mesh plank, mesh deck which is designed and used for the ship repair working condition .

Wire mesh plank

Welded with wire mesh , the plank have big mesh eyes it can prevent grit during the sand blasting job . It can also reduce the dirty and water accumulation . The width is 228mm same as SSP plank .

1.cut squre tube, steel angle and wire mesh in suitable size
2. punch hook and stamp logo
3.weld above together
4.remove welding slag
5.hot galvaniing
5.inspect finished product
6.packing
